This means that you have three Realtors working for you. Even in companies with 25 agents those agents are in competition with each other, so you would still have the services of only one Realtor. 2. We limit our listings. One agent cannot give due diligence to thirty or forty listings at one time. We do not list a property then expect other companies to do our work for us through Multiple Listings. When you list through Company X, who has 300 listings already, your listing becomes number 301 and takes its place in line. 3. We are members of the Union County Association of Realtors and Multiple Listings. We network with other realtors, cooperate with them and solicit their cooperation in selling your property. 4. We use professionally printed full color flyers with multiple photos to present your property in the best light possible. 5. We make full use of computer and internet technology. Our listings are presented on www.carolinahome.com and are given priority on www.realtor.com. In addition we have our own web page, www.realtymonroe.com, which we edit from our office. 6. We use all of our strategies from the very beginning. As soon as we list a house we start preparing flyers, planning open houses, contacting neighbors, and planning ads for print media. We do not sit on a listing and wait for something to happen. 7. We network. The best way to secure the help of other people is to help them. Another word for "networking" is "cooperating". We are constantly seeking new contacts as we endeavor to help people through our civic activities. 8. We care. Yes, we want your business. But, we would rather not have it than to win at your expense. Whether you are a buyer or a seller we, as your agents, will represent you as fairly as possible and promise to put your interests above our own.
